My Paper Pumpkin Tag
Thought I would share my #OneLittleTag project from this week. I was playing around with the February Paper Pumpkin kit and decided to put together a tag. All of the stamps used were from this month's kit. I used Blackberry Bliss and Pool Party ink to stamp the flowers and sentiment. The pinkish looking flower was created using Blackberry Bliss and the stamping off method. The triangle paper for the tag came directly from the kit and I used a piece of scrap Pool Party card stock for the bottom star border. I finally embellished the stars and flowers with a bit of Dazzling Details to add a shimmer effect to the tag.
Paper Pumpkin is so versatile... the card I made for my weekly deals post on Tuesday even used the Celebrate sentiment from the May 2015 Birthday Bundle. If you aren't collecting Paper Pumpkin stamps you are seriously missing out. I have found lots of uses for the stamps... just when I think I don't have a stamp, I peak through my Pumpkin box and it never fails. From birthday to sympathy and everything in between, thanks to My Paper Pumpkin - I have a stamp for that!
Here's how I organize my Pumpkin stamps:
I like to keep the instructions folded in half, label the fronts with the month and year, then slide them in a cello bag and keep them in order by month and year. The boxes are inexpensive and come from Michael's. I use one of the chip board pieces that come in every Pumpkin kit, cut it down and glue on one of the tabbed divider pieces that come with my box. Then I write the kit name on the tab divider piece when I add my set to the box each month. I am betting I can hold 3-4 years worth of stamps in this one box. The lid fits nicely and it sits on my shelf and blends with the rest of my boxes.
