Thinking Of You

Today's card is a CASE (Copy And Share Everything) from last week's Pinterest Finds.  You can visit my board and see ALL the Pinterest Picks of the Week or stop in on my Pinterest Finds page (in the menu bar above) and see my last 30 days of finds - or scroll all the way to the bottom to see them in a widget at the foot of the page.  The original card used quite a few of the new up-coming 2013-2015 in-colors.  I used the 2012-2014 in colors on mine. Also, I made a horrible boo-boo, betcha can't see it!

One of the things I find that many new stampers are afraid of doing is making mistakes. I find mistakes help you take your creativity to new levels. It's in creative play, that we learn new techniques from happy accidents! Don't be afraid to make mistakes, and when you do, think outside the box.  That's what I did when my sentiment stamping went awry. Part of my sentiment didn't stamp - can't see it...its because I covered it up. I popped up a new stamped sentiment using dimensionals to cover my messy stamping up! Unless you pull my card apart - you will never ever know!

How do you hide your accidents? Share your favorite cover up technique in my comments!

Guess what Stampin' Up! is giving away for free???

Disclaimer:  I am a new Stampin' Up! demonstrator.  I am working on replacing all my craft supplies with only Stampin' Up! product, but I will occasionally use some of my non-SU stash. Bare with me as I work to replenish my stash with only SU product. I will be highlighting new products as they come in and I will always point out great alternatives to my non-SU product that are Stampin' Up!. Thanks for understanding.
